Fractions Practice

Read a shaded pie or bar, reduce to lowest terms, compare two fractions, then add and subtract like denominators or convert improper and mixed numbers. Practice, race a 60-second quiz, or see how long you can streak. Instant feedback and missed-item review.

How to practice

Start with Easy: name the shaded part of a pie or bar — halves, thirds, fourths, fifths, eighths, and tenths. Type 3/4 or tap the numerator and denominator. When that feels easy, try Medium: simplify, name an equivalent, or compare two fractions. Challenge adds and subtracts with the same denominator and converts improper ↔ mixed numbers. Use Timed for a one-minute sprint; use Streak to find the problems that still stall you.

Choose a level

Start by naming a shaded pie or bar. Then simplify, compare, and operate.
